Returns & Refunds: You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To qualify, the bike must be unused and in the exact condition it arrived in, with all original packaging and accessories included. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Payment: Payment for all orders is due in full at the time of purchase, unless financing has been arranged through Canadian Powersports Financing or iFinance Canada. All prices listed on the website are in Canadian dollars (CAD); applicable taxes and shipping fees will be added to the total purchase price.

Warranty: Our bikes come with a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse of the bike. For full details, refer to the warranty information provided with your bike.

Intellectual Property: All content on the Silent Cycle website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Silent Cycle and may not be used without permission.

Modifications: Silent Cycle reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the site after any modification means you accept the update.
